Usage Challenges
A large port faced two major challenges in transferring containers and heavy components: firstly, the varied transfer routes were inaccessible to traditional rail transfer carts; secondly, the high intensity, long duration heavy load operations placed extremely high demands on equipment reliability.

Solution
Based on the client's needs, we recommended this 30 tons trackless battery powered transfer cart. The cart features a compact design (4500×1200×600mm), with a cast steel frame and a customized hydraulic lifting platform, easily handling the loading, unloading, and relocation of various large containers.

Trackless Operation: Powered by batteries, the cart is completely free from power distance and rail limitations, allowing it to move freely in various scenarios such as docks and workshops.

Safety Protection: Audible and visual warning lights, an emergency stop button, and a laser dead man stop system provide multiple layers of safety protection, ensuring control ability of personnel and cart operations.

Applications
This trackless transfer cart is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device, which can realize the autonomous loading and unloading of molds, materials, etc. The operator can issue commands such as forward and backward through wireless remote control. Depending on the size of the items being transported, the operator can also control multiple carts to work together.
