Solution
We custom designed a 15 tons mobile cable powered RGV. The vehicle features a robust cast steel frame, ensuring stability under heavy loads. Its core advantage lies in its cable powered system, which, with its customized conveyor chain design, completely overcomes the limitations of traditional cables, achieving unlimited distance, uninterrupted intelligent transport on the rail.

Precision and Efficiency: With its intelligent coding control system, this RGV achieves millimeter-level precision in docking and connection. Whether docking at production line connection points or exchanging materials with a self-driven conveyor chain on a customized platform, it completes seamlessly, reducing single transfer time by 60%.

Intelligent and Convenient: Operators do not need to travel with the vehicle; the RGV can be easily controlled via wireless remote control and intelligent coding control system. An LED display provides real-time feedback on equipment status, while three colors audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button form multiple safety barriers.
