Production Challenges
In the production line transfer of heavy workpieces, a manufacturing enterprise had long been constrained by traditional handling equipment: Rail transfer carts were unable to achieve multi-point precise docking.Moreover, the table height could not perfectly match the production line, leading to risks of workpiece damage during loading and unloading. These limitations severely hindered overall production efficiency and the improvement of automation levels.

Solution
Based on the customer's operational requirements, we designed and manufactured this 2 tons mobile cable powered rail guided vehicle:
it adopts a combination of box girder frame and cast steel wheels, with a load capacity of 2 tons and overload capability;
mobile cable power supply enables 24 hours uninterrupted operation, and high temperature resistant materials adapt to workshop environments of 45–60°C;
equipped with wireless remote control and an intelligent coding control system, combined with custom roller table surfaces and a design matching the production line height (error ≤ ±1 mm), it enables autonomous sliding in and out of workpieces;
features three colors audible and visual warning lights, real-time status monitoring via an LED display, and an emergency stop button to meet safety standards.

Application
After the equipment was put into operation, the transmission case production line achieved fully automated transfer across the entire process:
• Efficiency improvement: Single batch transfer time was reduced from 20 minutes to 8 minutes, daily effective operation hours extended to 20 hours;
• Cost optimization: Replaced 3 forklifts and 6 drivers, and eliminating battery procurement and replacement expenses;
• Production breakthrough: Precise docking reduced the need for secondary adjustment processes, and production line downtime due to material waiting decreased by 90%, helping the enterprise meet expanded production demands.
This solution addresses the challenge of continuous operation in high temperature and heavy duty scenarios, enhances the automation level of workshop handling, and supports the company's intelligent upgrade.
