Solution
To address these issues, the workshop introduced a 5 tons safety sliding line powered rail transfer cart. The cart features a box-girder frame for load-bearing structure and a custom conveyor chain tabletop that achieves millimeter-level alignment in height and dimensions with various production line docking points.
Its core configuration includes cast steel wheels and a safety sliding line system integrated with collectors, completely eliminating power cable length restrictions and enabling 24 hours continuous operation.
Equipped with wireless remote control and a laser dead man’s switch for dual safety control, along with three colors audible and visual warning lights, it ensures operational safety in high temperature and obstacle-rich environments.

Since deployment, the equipment has achieved three major breakthroughs on the 100 meters transfer route from the welding to assembly areas:
