Traditional transport methods are often limited by power sources, site conditions, and pollutant emissions, making it difficult to fully meet the heavy duty and continuous operation demands of large building material plants.
Solution
Based on customer usage requirements and the characteristics of transported materials, we designed and manufactured this 20 tons battery powered rail transfer cart.
The cart body adopts a sturdy box-girder frame and a flat platform structure, with dimensions of 3000*2200*500mm, ensuring excellent load-bearing stability and adaptability to the working platform.

This cart, constructed with heat-resistant materials and sealed design, can operate continuously in temperatures above 50°C.Battery powered operation eliminates cable constraints, enabling unrestricted transportation within the plant and solving the limited mobility issues of traditional cable powered carts.

Environmental Sustainability and Customization: 

Zero-emission battery power replaces fuel powered models, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 30 tons annually, aligning with green factory standards.
The battery level display allows real-time monitoring of endurance, preventing mid-operation power loss. Customized cart dimensions, such as extended platforms for special prefabricated components, enable "tailored-to-plant" solutions.

Application Results
After deployment, the building material plant increased its single-shift material transport volume from 80 tons to 140 tons, reduced labor costs by 30%, and eliminated exhaust pollution previously caused by fuel powered carts.
