Solution

Based on the client's actual production environment and needs, Newld customized this 3 tons low voltage rail powered electric rail transfer cart. The cart uses a box-girder frame, equipped with insulated wheels, carbon brushes, and conductive posts. Powered by low voltage rails, it achieves continuous operation without limitations on distance or time.
A customized platform with a lifting device and four-sided steel plate surround reduces the risk of material slippage during transport; the platform is paved with refractory material to better accommodate the needs of high-temperature object transfer.
