In the paint stripping and cleaning workshop of a large rail transit equipment manufacturer, a long-standing challenge exists in handling 5-ton frames. Traditional wired rail transfer carts, constrained by fixed power lines, cannot operate flexibly in humid, dust-laden environments such as paint stripping and high pressure cleaning areas.
Conventional handling equipment lacks explosion proof and waterproof capabilities, posing risks of short circuits and dust explosion hazards. Furthermore, the fixed support columns cannot accommodate frames of varying heights, requiring repeated lifting during paint stripping and resulting in low efficiency.

Solution
Introduction of a 5 tons battery powered rail transfer cart, featuring a completely contactless power supply and dual-mode control (wireless remote， wired handle), eliminating distance limitations.
Core components include an IP65 explosion proof integrated control box and a Class F explosion-proof motor, ensuring safe operation in paint stripping and cleaning areas.
The support columns are upgraded to a screw-thread manually adjustable structure (self-locking at any height from 635 mm to 1016 mm), with a mechanical limit at the highest point.
Cast steel wheels combined with an I-shaped bottom structure ensure stable heavy duty operation. Safety features such as an emergency stop button, audible and visual alarm, and battery level display are incorporated to ensure operational safety.

Application
