Based on the company's specific working conditions, we customized a 10 ton steerable battery transfer cart.
Flexible Movement: Utilizing polyurethane-coated wheels, it eliminates the need for tracks and can rotate 360° directly on hardened surfaces.
Dual Control System: Transfer cart equipped with a wired handle and wireless remote control, operators can flexibly choose their operating position based on their line of sight.
Intelligent Safety: Integrating audible and visual warning lights, an emergency stop button, and a specially added Dead Man's Stop, it ensures human and machine safety in the working environment.
Rugged Body: The steerable battery transfer cart body uses a cast steel frame with a flat platform, ensuring no deformation under heavy loads.

The battery level display provides real-time feedback on remaining power, preventing production disruptions due to power outages. The laser dead man stop function automatically shuts down the machine in emergencies, eliminating safety hazards.
