In the production workshop of a large machinery manufacturing company, mold transfer has long relied on a combination of forklifts and manual labor. Since individual molds weigh 3-5 tons, traditional methods are not only inefficient, but frequent sudden stops and turns also cause ground damage and pose a risk of cargo tipping over.
Solution
Based on the customer's needs and the actual application environment, we designed and manufactured this 5 tons cable reel powered rail coil transfer cart. The cart body adopts a box-beam frame structure, paired with cast steel wheels, ensuring high rigidity and load-bearing capacity. The power supply system is cable powered, completely eliminating the need for batteries and enabling uninterrupted operation around the clock.
