In large assembly workshops or logistics warehouses, frequent relocation and alignment of unpowered flatbed carts and material handling vehicles on rails are often required. One industrial logistics park faced this pain point: traditional traction methods either relied on forklifts to cross the rails, which easily damaged the rails and created safety blind spots.

Solution
Based on the customer's usage needs and actual application scenarios, we designed and delivered a 10 tons battery powered rail transport tractor.
Power Core: Tractor powered by a maintenance-free battery pack, coupled with a portable charger, it completely eliminates the hassle of cable dragging, enabling the vehicle to operate without distance limitations.
Structure and Manufacturing Process: The tractor's load-bearing structure utilizes a highly reliable box-girder frame, equipped with wear-resistant cast steel wheels. The compact flat platform design allows it to be used as a load-bearing platform while performing traction tasks.
Control and Connection: Rail transport tractor equipped with a dedicated tow bar, it can be quickly hooked up to various unpowered vehicles. The control terminal adopts both wireless remote control and wired handle dual modes, ensuring that operators can direct the tractor's start and stop from the optimal perspective.
Safety Redundancy: Built-in emergency braking system and emergency stop button allow for instantaneous power cut-off in case of emergencies during heavy-load traction.
