Production Challenges

A production workshop has long faced challenges in handling aluminum sheets, including low efficiency with heavy loads, high manual loading and unloading intensity, and significant equipment docking errors. Traditional handling methods are insufficient for the continuous operation requirements of the production line, and frequent start-ups and shutdowns disrupt the overall production cycle.

Solution
Based on the client's specific needs and application environment, we designed and manufactured this 40 tons safety sliding line powered rail guided vehicle. The vehicle utilizes a box-girder frame and a customized platform structure, integrating a conveyor chain system that allows for precise docking with the production line for autonomous loading and unloading of aluminum sheets.
The rail guided vehicle receives continuous power through the safety sliding line and current collectors. The power supply system is installed beneath the equipment, further reducing the possibility of dust accumulation. With no distance or time limitations, it is suitable for high frequency, continuous operation scenarios.

Application

In actual aluminum plate handling tasks, the rail guided vehicle automatically moves to the end of the production line after receiving instructions from the central control unit.
A laser obstacle avoidance system ensures path safety, and audible and visual warning lights operate simultaneously.
Upon reaching the predetermined position, the platform conveyor chain starts, precisely docking with the existing production line in the workshop to complete the automatic loading and unloading of aluminum plates, requiring no manual intervention throughout the process.

This rail guided vehicle effectively solves the problems of heavy-load transportation and operational constraints, improving the efficiency and automation level of aluminum plate handling. It is suitable for various industrial scenarios such as metal sheets, heavy workpieces, and continuous production lines.
