Based on the company's transfer needs, Newld customized this 2 tons battery powered steerable trackless transfer cart.

The transfer cart uses a cast steel frame with a customized platform design, allowing the load-bearing structure to be adjusted according to the size, shape, and loading requirements of materials and molds. The cart is equipped with a screw-driven lifting platform, facilitating adjustment of the load-bearing height according to actual working conditions and assisting in material loading, unloading, and workstation docking.

Polyurethane wheels improve driving stability, and the battery, equipped with a portable charger, provides power for daily in-plant transfers. No fixed tracks are required, and it can adapt to multiple transportation routes.
