A large aluminum company faced persistent issues in transferring high temperature molten aluminum ladles, primarily relying on overhead cranes. This method suffered from low efficiency, significant docking errors, and high risks associated with manual operation in extreme heat, severely limiting production capacity and safety.

Solution
Based on the client's operational requirements, we designed and manufactured this rail transfer cart powered by a safety sliding line. Equipped with wireless remote control and a roller table surface, and leveraging the carts high temperature resistance and heavy duty load capacity, the solution enabled an intelligent upgrade for high temperature material handling.
