At a large shipyard during vessel repair operations, due to the need for ships to be positioned close to the water, significant difficulties exist in transporting items.
The lake shore has a high slope and long distance. Traditional transfer equipment is not only limited by cable length but is also susceptible to damage.
Furthermore, repair components often include heavy duty motors and steel structural parts. Standard handling equipment lacks sufficient load capacity, and their fixed platforms cannot adapt to irregularly shaped components.
The shipyard environment features high temperatures, abundant oil stains, making equipment prone to electrical circuit failures and posing safety hazards.
Solution
Based on the customer's operational requirements, we customized this 2 tons safety sliding line powered rail transfer cart (Dimensions: 2000*1500*600mm). The cart utilizes a safety sliding line + collector power supply system, completely eliminating cable constraints and enabling 24/7 uninterrupted long distance operation.
The body employs a cast steel welded frame and a customized platform, complemented by left and right detachable extension platforms (manually unfolded to increase the load-bearing area by 30%), easily accommodating irregularly shaped heavy duty components like motors and pipes.
Core components feature a high temperature resistant design (stable operation in -20°C to 80°C conditions), paired with anti-rollover card wheel structures and shock-absorbing buffer devices, ensuring safety in oily and bumpy environments.
