5T Customized AGV Improving Precise Mold Handling in Workshop

Production Challenge:
In a high temperature production workshop, the challenge of mold handling arose. The mold-making workshop has a height of approximately 1.5 meters, and the surrounding area experiences high temperature radiation. Furthermore, the molds need to be moved between different areas within the production workshop. Traditional handling equipment could not simultaneously meet these demands.

Solution:
Based on the client's actual needs and working conditions, we meticulously designed this 5 tons trackless lifting AGV. It features self-charging, flexible working height, no distance limitations, flexible operation, precise docking, and high temperature resistance, allowing for flexible scheduling according to actual usage needs.

Structure:
This AGV measures approximately 2200x1200x1500mm, using a cast steel frame and mcanum wheels. The platform is equipped with a scissor lift for flexible height adjustment.
To ensure handling flexibility, the AGV is equipped with a traction trolley and an automatic tilting hook for precise docking with the mold-making workshop.
The AGV is operated via wireless remote control and an intelligent coding control system, allowing for pre-setting and temporary adjustments to align with production schedules.

Applications: In mold handling.
Flexible Deployment: The AGV utilizes a wheel-type, wireless remote control + intelligent coding control system, eliminating the need for installing tracks and allowing it to travel along any path within the workshop, achieving unlimited operating distance.

High Temperature Operations: The AGV can safely enter high temperature work areas, supporting molds weighing up to 5 tons on its robust structure.

Precise Docking: Utilizing a scissor lift, the AGV raises or lowers the mold to a predetermined height. Combined with the intelligent control system, it achieves precise docking with machine tools or other workstations.

Safety Monitoring: Audible and visual warning lights, safety edges, and an emergency stop button provide multiple safety guarantees. A power display screen and LED screen provide real-time status feedback, ensuring safe and reliable intelligent operation.

Auxiliary Functions: Equipped with a towing hook for towing tasks when necessary; cables, cable chains, and fixing slots manage internal wiring harnesses, enhancing equipment durability.
