Solution
Based on the client's needs, Newld specially customized this 1-ton cable drum powered rail transfer cart.
The cart body utilizes a high-strength box girder frame and wear resistant cast steel wheels, coupled with guide posts and a cable drum to achieve continuous and stable power supply.
The platform is deeply customized with rollers and safety railings on three sides; it also integrates a laser sensor device, emergency stop button, audible and visual warning lights, and dual control via wireless remote control and wired handle.

Applications
The rail transfer cart travels along a pre-set track between the production line conveyor belt and the loading point outside the production workshop. When docking with the conveyor belt, materials can be directly connected via the platform rollers.
When the cart stops at the designated workstation, the platform rollers automatically align with the workshop's production line conveyor belt, achieving seamless material connection and smooth sliding, significantly reducing material loading, unloading, and waiting time. No manual handling is required; the entire process can be remotely controlled, and personnel do not need to walk alongside the cart.
