A large scale machining factory faces inefficiencies in transporting heavy workpieces. The original handling method relies on overhead cranes or manual forklifts for segmented transport, which suffers from restricted routes, dependence on external equipment for loading and unloading, and cumbersome operational procedures.

Solution
Based on the customer's actual usage requirements and application environment, we designed and manufactured this 10 tons battery powered trackless transfer cart. It features a cast steel welded frame to ensure structural strength and is equipped with a customized platform.
This platform integrates self driven rollers and a gear system, enabling autonomous movement and precise positioning of workpieces on the platform, thereby achieving self-loading and unloading without external hoisting. Fitted with polyurethane wheels suitable for various factory floor conditions and requiring no fixed rails, the cart achieves free omnidirectional transfer throughout the entire facility.

Application
In practical operation, an operator uses wireless remote control to direct the trackless transfer cart to a machine tool station. Utilizing the platform's self-driven roller system, heavy workpieces are smoothly and autonomously transferred onto or off the platform, completely eliminating waiting time for crane lifting.
Subsequently, the cart maneuvers flexibly between workshops and storage areas, delivering workpieces directly to the next process or temporary storage, forming a continuous and efficient internal logistics loop.
Requiring no fixed rails, this transfer cart solves the pain points of "low handling efficiency, space constraints, and high safety risks" associated with heavy workpieces. It is widely applicable for heavy load material transfer in industries such as machinery manufacturing and automotive components.
