Customized Rail Transfer Cart for Production Line
Production Challenge
A manufacturing workshop frequently needs to transport 4 tons workpieces and molds. The existing transfer equipment lacks autonomous loading and unloading capability, requiring manual assistance to interface with production lines, resulting in low efficiency. It also suffers from limited power supply, inflexible operation, susceptibility to failure in high temperature conditions, and inadequate safety protections. This setup fails to meet the precise demands of mold transfer, increasing labor costs and constraining production cycle times.

Solution
Based on the client's specific needs and application scenarios, we designed and manufactured this 4 tons battery operated transfer cart.
It features a box-beam frame paired with a customized platform, which can be equipped with an enclosed cabin. The cabin is fitted with self driven conveyor chains that interface with production lines to enable autonomous mold loading and unloading.
The cart is also equipped with cast steel wheels, wireless remote control paired with an intelligent encoder control system, and other accessories. It offers easy operation, high safety suitability, and energy efficiency, making it perfectly adapted for transporting workpieces and molds within the workshop.

Application
The rail transfer cart operates along preset tracks connecting the mold storage area to five stamping lines.
After the operator dispatches the cart to the target position via wireless remote control, the intelligent encoder mode is activated: the conveyor chains in the enclosed cabin automatically extend to the production line interface, completing the entire process of mold positioning, unlocking, and transfer.
Transfer cart effectively addresses the pain points of "low loading and unloading efficiency, inflexible transfer, and high failure rates in high temperature conditions." It is widely suitable for core transfer tasks in workshops across industries such as automotive manufacturing and electronic components.
