RGV for 40 Tons Workshop Material Handling
Production Challenge:
A large-scale construction machinery manufacturing enterprise faced the task of transporting numerous large structural parts, heavy molds, and core components across different areas within its production workshop.
Solution:
Based on the customer's requirements and the actual application scenario, we designed and manufactured this 40 tons battery powered RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle).
The product features a box-beam frame structure, providing strong load-bearing capacity. The platform surface is customized according to requirements, with protective brackets installed at the four corners to facilitate the loading and unloading of molds and large components while effectively preventing equipment from scratches and collisions.

The RGV is equipped with a dual control system, combining wireless remote control and intelligent encoding for precise and convenient operation. Additionally, it is fitted with a laser dead man stop device, emergency stop buttons, and a three colors audible and visual warning light to ensure comprehensive human-machine safety. The intelligent charging station enables automatic recharging, meeting the demands of high-frequency operations.

The battery powered operation produces zero emissions, meeting the workshop's environmental requirements. It has no distance limitations, is resistant to high temperatures, and is easy to operate. The rail guided system enables precise docking and stopping, and multiple safety features provide a strong protective barrier for operations, making it ideal for heavy-load transport scenarios.

Application:
Operators can monitor the equipment's real-time status from a safe distance via wireless remote control, while the power display and LED screen provide direct feedback on equipment information, significantly improving material flow efficiency.
Since the implementation of the transfer cart, the enterprise has seen a more than 40% increase in internal material turnover efficiency within the workshop. Passageway occupation and safety hazards have been significantly reduced, while achieving zero-emission clean transportation within the workshop.
