Four Wheel Drive Battery Powered Trackless Transfer Cart: Breaking the Heavy Load Challenge
Production Challenges
In the material transfer process within factory workshops, warehouses, and factory roads, traditional transportation methods are easily limited by factors such as load capacity, transport distance, and unloading efficiency. Furthermore, some materials still require manual unloading after arriving at their designated locations, increasing operational steps and time costs.

Solution
Based on the customer's actual application scenario, Newld designed this 8 tons battery powered trackless transfer cart.
The transfer cart features a four-wheel drive design, eliminating the need for tracks and allowing autonomous travel on paved concrete surfaces that meet load-bearing requirements.
The cart is equipped with a fully enclosed single-row cab, a high-sided cargo box, and an openable rear tailgate, balancing driving comfort, cargo protection, and unloading convenience. Combined with a power battery pack, motor, and transmission system, it achieves independent drive, meeting the material transfer needs of multiple areas within the factory.

Advantages
- Flexible Operation: Four wheel drive eliminates reliance on fixed tracks, adapting to multi-area transfers.
- Easy Unloading: The rear tailgate can be hinged open or folded down for convenient loading and unloading.
- Safe Driving: The fully enclosed cab is equipped with rearview mirrors, lights, and a complete set of driving controls.

Applications
This trackless transfer cart is mainly used in workshops, warehouses, and factory roads with paved surfaces.
Depending on actual road conditions and usage requirements, solid or pneumatic industrial rubber tires can be selected, along with hot-rolled steel rims, improving the vehicle's adaptability to different road conditions. The high-sided cargo box with vertical reinforcing ribs can stably support irregular workpieces, and the rear tailgate hinges down for easy loading and unloading.
During operation, the driver can control the vehicle's movement via the steering wheel, transporting materials to the designated area, and then using the openable rear tailgate in conjunction with on-site loading and unloading equipment to complete the unloading.

This 8 tons battery powered trackless transfer cart combines heavy duty transportation, flexible driving, and convenient unloading, reducing reliance on fixed transportation routes and manual transfer.
Newld can customize cargo box structure, tire configuration, and cart functions according to the customer's cargo size, transportation route, road conditions, and unloading method, providing factories with material handling solutions that are more in line with actual production processes.
