In the sub-frame transfer process in the production workshop, materials need to be transported laterally back and forth between point 1 and loading position 2. Traditional handling methods are easily limited by space constraints and fixed transport routes. For heavy materials like sub-frames, manual handling is inefficient, and frequent transfers increase on-site operational pressure.

Solution
To address the customer's needs, Newld customized this 3 tons battery powered trackless transfer cart. The cart body uses a high-strength cast steel frame and flat platform, equipped with polyurethane wheels and a battery power supply system, freeing it from the constraints of tracks and travel distances. It is also equipped with a laser sensor, emergency stop button, and audible and visual warning lights to comprehensively ensure human-machine collaboration safety.

Application
After the equipment is put into use, a fixed-point cyclical operation mode is adopted: The empty trackless transfer cart waits at loading position 1. After the subframe is manually hoisted onto the platform, the cart is controlled by the remote control to move laterally to workstation 2, automatically stopping. Semi-finished products are then unloaded manually, and the cart is remotely controlled back to workstation 1 for repeated operations. No personnel are required to accompany the cart throughout the entire process.
