70 Tons Battery Powered Rail Guided Vehicle Revolutionizes Tank Handling
Addressing the challenges of handling large tanks in production workshops due to their large size, high weight, and easily deformable thin-walled structures, NEWLD has launched a 70 tons battery powered Rail Guided Vehicle(RGV)
The RGV uses a custom-designed U-shaped frame to support heavy tanks. Powered by a lithium battery system, it can complete heavy load transportation within the workshop along a predetermined track, reducing reliance on manual operation and auxiliary loading and unloading equipment as in traditional handling methods.
Autonomous and Safe Heavy Loading
Hydraulic U-shaped Platform: The rail guided vehicle uses a box-beam frame and a custom-designed platform, integrating a hydraulic lifting device and a dedicated U-shaped frame. This perfectly conforms to the tank structure, enabling autonomous lifting and unloading of workpieces and effectively preventing deformation of thin-walled components.
Dual-Wheel System: Equipped with a dual-wheel system, the RGV can achieve preset green lines and precise track switching via a PLC control system. This ensures accurate docking and further guarantees the streamlined and standardized transfer process.
Flexible Operation Without Distance: Powered by a high-efficiency lithium battery and equipped with cast steel wheels, the cart completely eliminates the constraints of traditional cables, enabling flexible operation throughout the workshop without distance limitations.
Intelligent Control and Precise Alignment
PLC and Laser Sensing: Utilizing a PLC control system that links with laser sensors and limit switches, millimeter-level precise alignment and stable operation are achieved, significantly reducing the difficulty of manual alignment.
Dual-Mode Convenient Operation: Supports seamless switching between wireless remote control and wired handle operation. Combined with a power display screen, LED screen, audible and visual warning lights, and an emergency stop button, it balances user-friendly operation with comprehensive safety.
Compared to conventional heavy load transfer equipment, this 70 tons battery powered rail guided vehicle combines heavy duty load-bearing capacity, hydraulic lifting, autonomous loading and unloading, and intelligent control.
