Electric RGV Solves the Problem of Overhead Coal Cleaning on Trains
Recently, a 2 tons low voltage railway powered RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle)specifically designed for bulk material transfer scenarios was officially launched on the market, providing an environmentally friendly and efficient automated solution for operations such as overhead coal cleaning on trains and bulk material transfer in warehouses.
Power Supply Innovation
This RGV adopts a low voltage railway power supply mode, transmitting power to the guide rails through a ground control cabinet, and achieving real-time power supply for the vehicle via insulated wheels and carbon brush components.
This design eliminates the need for tow cables or battery solutions, ensuring unlimited operating mileage and eliminating the risk of exposed cables; the conductor posts and emergency stop button are linked, along with warning lights and LED screen status feedback, constructing an all-weather safety protection system that meets the environmental protection requirements for both indoor and outdoor operations.

Scenario Based Design Precisely Matches Needs
For the special working conditions of overhead coal cleaning, this RGV adopts a box-girder frame, capable of smoothly operating with a 2-ton load. Operating speed adjustable from 0-28 m/min.
The customized platform features an electrical control box at the front for easy operation, and a tilting carriage at the rear. Combined with a hydraulic lifting rod, it achieves autonomous unloading. Wear resistant wheels and rails ensure long term durability even under high-frequency operation.

Fully Automated Process Improves Efficiency
The vehicle supports both wireless remote control and wired handle control modes, and is equipped with an LED display, emergency stop button, and audible and visual warning lights for convenient and safe operation.
The RGV connects to the unloading port for autonomous loading. After traveling to the designated position, the hydraulic lifting rod tilts the carriage, quickly and autonomously unloading remaining coal. The entire process requires no manual intervention, significantly improving operational efficiency.
As a masterpiece of modern industrial intelligent material handling, this low pressure rail RGV, with its superior safety performance, highly flexible customization capabilities, and efficient automated unloading performance, provides more highly adaptable solutions for upgrading industrial logistics automation.
