Solution
To address the company's specific operating conditions, Newld customized a 1.5 tons electrically driven (cable and battery dual-drive) trackless transfer trolley. This transfer trolley features a trackless design and is equipped with highly wear resistant rubber wheels to protect the floor. Its core lies in the "cable + battery" dual power supply system with free switching, and a custom-designed multi-functional front protective steel plate is added to the front of the trolley, perfectly balancing ultra-long range and blind-spot-free protection.

Applications
In actual operation, this electric trackless transfer trolley can be conveniently controlled via both wireless remote control and wired handle. On fixed assembly lines, it can be directly connected to the cable for simultaneous operation and charging; when transporting across workshops, a single button switch to battery power allows for easy traversal of epoxy flooring workshops. The protruding steel plate at the front of the trolley not only provides physical impact protection in complex and changing environments but also acts as a counterweight when unloaded, significantly improving traction.
