75 Tons Steerable Transfer Cart for Mold Handling
Production Challenges
In large machinery manufacturing workshops, traditional rail mounted transfer carts, due to their fixed routes, cannot reach lifting blind spots, severely impacting the efficiency of workpiece, large mold, and material handling. Especially during heavy duty transport, the frequent route restrictions and modification costs in complex multi-span workshop layouts become major obstacles to capacity expansion.
Solution
Based on the client's specific needs, Newld customized this 75 tons battery powered trackless steerable transfer cart. A customized front-end bracket carries the electrical box and battery pack, working in conjunction with lifting equipment to complete the precise transfer of heavy workpieces and molds. The equipment requires no track laying, can flexibly navigate complex workshop routes, and is perfectly adapted to the existing production layout.

Advantages
- High Efficiency and Environmental Protection: Purely battery powered, zero emissions, equipped with a portable charger.
- Flexible Operation: Omnidirectional trackless operation, no distance limitations, and flexible maneuverability in confined spaces.
- Safe and Reliable: Steerable transfer cart integrated audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button ensure flawless operation under heavy loads.

Applications
After the hoisting equipment smoothly places the mold onto the platform of the transport vehicle, workers can wirelessly remotely control the equipment to move it to the designated workstation. Portable chargers can be used for recharging anywhere in the workshop, eliminating the need for fixed charging locations and ensuring no disruption to production.
This trackless steerable transfer carts eliminate logistical bottlenecks in the workshop, enabling free movement for heavy duty transport. While ensuring on-site operational safety, they provide a highly cost-effective and flexible logistics option for lean production in modern industrial workshops.
