Breaking Free from Constraints: Powered by a large-capacity industrial battery, it has no operating distance limitations, meeting the needs of long-distance, cross-workshop continuous transfer.

Stable Load-Bearing Capacity: The coil transfer cart body uses a box-beam frame and cast steel wheels, providing extremely strong load-bearing capacity; considering the tendency of aluminum coils to roll, a V-shaped frame is specially added to the customized platform to ensure the material remains stable and does not shift during transport.

Intelligent Safety: Equipped with a power display screen, audible and visual warning lights, and an emergency stop button, it supports both wireless remote control and wired handle dual control modes, allowing operators to precisely manage operations from a safe distance.

Application
In actual operation, this rail coil transfer cart shuttles between the aluminum coil cold rolling line and the finished product warehouse. Workers can easily control the cart's smooth start via wireless remote control. Aluminum coils are smoothly placed on the customized V-shaped frame by a crane, and the cart travels along the preset track at a uniform speed and smoothly, adapting to high frequency operating environments and significantly alleviating the pressure of heavy load transportation.
