Traditional rail guided transport carts require tracks, have fixed operating ranges, struggle to navigate narrow passages, and are prone to material slippage and spillage during transport, making them unsuitable for multi-workstation and cross-area transport.

Solution
Based on the customer's usage scenario, Newld customized this 12-ton battery powered trackless transfer cart.
- Trackless Free Operation: Utilizing high-load-bearing polyurethane wheels, no tracks are required, completely breaking through factory space limitations and enabling 360 degrees flexible rotation. Pure electric drive eliminates distance restrictions, easily facilitating cross-workshop and long-distance material handling.
- Hardcore Customized Anti-Slip Platform: A cast steel frame ensures load-bearing capacity, and the platform features a customized design—pre-drilled matrix holes and detachable guide posts. These posts can be inserted according to workpiece size to lock materials in place and prevent slippage, achieving "one vehicle adaptable to multiple models" anti-slip fixation.
- Intelligent Safety Measures: A laser sensor device scans obstacles within a 5-meter radius in real time, working in conjunction with an emergency stop button and audible and visual warning lights to create a high-safety human-machine coexistence working environment. Dual modes of wireless remote control and wired handle allow operators to precisely position the vehicle even in confined workstations, eliminating the limitations of tracks and steering.
