On a heavy duty workshop's production line, the transfer of large steel plates has long faced pain points such as limited heavy load transportation and poor precision in inter-process connections. Traditional handling equipment not only has limited endurance but also cannot connect with the automated production line's roller conveyor, severely impacting the overall line's operational efficiency.
Solution
Based on the client's actual needs, Newld customized this 10 tons mobile cable powered lifting electric transfer cart. The cart body uses a box-girder frame, and the platform integrates a hydraulic lifting bracket and roller table.
The power supply system uses a mobile cable, with the cable protected by drag chains and fixed slots to ensure wear resistant and knot-free movement. The control unit is equipped with an LED display screen, wireless remote control, and wired handle, along with a laser sensor device, emergency stop button, and audible and visual warning lights, creating a comprehensive safety protection network.

Application
The lifting electric transfer cart runs on fixed tracks in the production workshop. The equipment can be operated via a PLC control system to set the transfer frequency and location.
When the steel plate arrives at the designated workstation, the operator uses the control system to precisely position and stop the transfer cart. Alternatively, the hydraulic lifting bracket is raised for positioning, or the roller table is activated for seamless pipe alignment, smoothly delivering the steel plate to the next process. The entire process is completed by a single operator via wireless remote control.
