12 Tons Lifting Rail Transfer Cart with Roller Table
Production Challenges
A heavy industry production workshop frequently needs to transfer heavy workpieces such as steel plates and pallets. Traditional transfer equipment lacks sufficient load-bearing capacity and is limited by operating routes and durations, making it unsuitable for long-term continuous operation.
Furthermore, connecting conveyor lines at different heights is difficult, steel plate transfers are prone to misalignment, manual correction is time-consuming and labor-intensive, resulting in low overall transfer efficiency and safety hazards under heavy loads, severely hindering the workshop's production flow.

Solution
Based on the workshop's fixed transfer routes and heavy load requirements, Newld customized a 12 tons low voltage railway powered lifting rail transfer cart.
- The box-girder frame and flat platform design ensure heavy load rigidity. The cart body is equipped with insulated wheels, carbon brushes, and conductive columns, obtaining continuous low voltage power from the ground control cabinet, completely overcoming the limitations of operating time.
- The platform integrates a roller conveyor system and innovatively features roller units with lifting functions, allowing for automatic height adjustment and seamless connection to conveyor lines at different elevations. Combined with a steel plate centering mechanism and lateral movement function, it achieves automatic positioning and lateral fine-tuning after the steel pallet arrives.
- Operationally, it features a triple complement of wireless remote control, wired handle, and touchscreen control, along with audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button for comprehensive safety.

Advantages
- Heavy-Duty And High-Efficiency: 12-ton rated load capacity; box girder structure resists torsion and bending, ensuring no deformation under long-term heavy loads.
- Flexible Connection: Platform rollers lift ±100mm, compatible with multiple workstation heights, eliminating transfer drop differences; equipped with an LED display screen for real-time monitoring of equipment operation, ensuring operational accuracy.
- Uninterrupted Operation: Low-voltage rail direct power supply eliminates battery anxiety, allowing for 24-hour continuous operation.
- Safe and Labor-Saving: One-button remote control operation replaces overhead cranes and forklifts for collaborative work.

Practical Application Description
In actual operation, the lifting rail transfer cart automatically travels along the pre-embedded track to the steel plate storage area. The table rollers rise to the highest position to connect with the upstream conveyor line.
After the steel pallet slides in, the centering mechanism is triggered to automatically center it. Then, the rollers descend to lock the workpiece, and the rail transfer cart drives to the target processing line. The rollers are raised again to smoothly transfer the pallet to the downstream roller conveyor.
