In response to the challenges of rigid transfer routes, high manual intervention, and low efficiency in frequent mold transfers (each weighing 1.5-2 tons) between machines at a precision injection molding enterprise.
our company designed and manufactured this 2 tons lithium battery powered customized trackless AGV based on the customer's usage requirements and actual working conditions.
The product adopts a welded steel frame to ensure structural stability and achieves a secure "vehicle-mold integration" through a customized platform bracket that perfectly matches the mold base.Vehicle equipped with Mecanum wheels, it enables in-situ rotation and lateral movement in confined spaces, completely eliminating route restrictions. Combined with the wireless remote control and intelligent coding control system, operators can flexibly switch between manual remote control and preset path automatic operation modes, easily achieving precise mold docking and transfer.

Application
In the customer's workshop, operators first use the hoist to load and lock the mold onto the AGV's customized bracket.

Subsequently, using the wireless remote controller, they direct the AGV carrying the mold to depart from the storage area. Leveraging its omnidirectional movement capability, the AGV navigates flexibly and parks precisely between dense machinery and production lines, efficiently completing rapid mold changeover tasks across different injection molding machines. The entire process requires no manual pushing or reliance on fixed tracks, truly achieving flexible, point-to-point direct transportation.
