A heavy duty manufacturing plant has long faced difficulties in transporting heavy molds. Its existing equipment lacked sufficient load capacity, unable to handle the transfer of molds weighing over 70 tons. The workshop space was limited, and rail guided equipment was constrained by fixed routes, resulting in poor flexibility.

Solution
Based on the customer's operational needs and actual working conditions, we designed and manufactured this 70 tons battery powered rail guided vehicle. The equipment utilizes a box-girder frame to support heavy loads, with a hydraulic lifting platform enabling autonomous loading and unloading. It integrates a hydraulic lifting platform and a hydraulically controlled longitudinal and lateral moving wheel system, allowing precise positioning adjustments within confined spaces to achieve autonomous alignment and handling of molds. Wireless remote control combined with intelligent coded operation ensures ease of use, while a laser dead man's switch enhances safety.
At its core, the vehicle is equipped with a high capacity battery pack and an intelligent charging station, enabling unlimited operational range with green energy.

The rail guided vehicle accurately maneuvers into the mold storage position using the longitudinal and lateral moving wheel system. The hydraulic lifting platform automatically levels and raises the mold, then transports it steadily along the planned route to the machining area.
