A transformer manufacturer has consistently faced significant challenges in its sandblasting process. Large transformers weigh over 20 tons, and ordinary handling equipment cannot withstand such heavy loads. Traditional hoisting methods are not only inefficient but also require multiple maneuvers within the sandblasting room, easily causing scratches and damage to the transformer's insulation and paint. Any wear and tear necessitates rework and repairs, directly impacting production schedules.
Solution
To address the client's challenges, Newld customized this 25 tons battery rail transfer cart. Dedicated rails were laid according to the actual space of the sandblasting room and existing workshop wiring, allowing the transfer cart to directly reach the workstation along a fixed route without multiple turns and maneuvers, fundamentally reducing the risk of transformer damage during handling.
The battery powered mode is not limited by distance, and the equipment is equipped with a portable charger, allowing for charging anytime, anywhere as needed, fully meeting the requirements for long-distance round-trip transport.
