Due to the weight of the materials transported within the workshop, traditional manual handling methods are inefficient and pose high labor intensity and safety risks.

Solution

To address the client's specific needs, Newld customized this 3 tons mobile cable powered rail transfer cart solution. Utilizing a box-girder frame structure to ensure heavy duty load-bearing capacity, the track dimensions and platform size were customized according to the workshop layout. Support legs were added to the customized platform to provide auxiliary fixation for materials during transport, perfectly matching the client's material, workpiece, and finished product transport requirements.
The rail transfer cart is equipped with a mobile cable power supply system. Cable chains protect and organize the cables, enabling continuous equipment operation and solving the limitations of traditional power supply methods.
