Solution
Based on the factory's actual site conditions and transfer requirements, Newld customized a 30 tons battery powered trackless steerable transfer cart for the company.
The transfer cart is equipped with polyurethane wear resistant wheels, a dual control system -wireless remote control and wired handle, a laser sensor device, and an intelligent weighing device. The intelligent weighing device, with its display screen, effectively solves the problem of monitoring material transfer volume. Its trackless nature eliminates the need for modifying the factory floor with tracks, allowing for flexible operation within the factory premises.
The transfer cart is also equipped with a hydraulic lifting device and a flat platform to facilitate material transfer, ensuring the loading of various materials and achieving automated transfer integrating handling, weighing, lifting, and docking.
