Solution
Based on the customer’s actual usage requirements and operational conditions, we designed and manufactured this 5 tons battery powered rail transfer cart. According to the workshop layout, a rail line was installed connecting key production areas, achieving fixed and efficient "point-to-point" transportation routes.
The transfer cart adopts a box-beam frame structure, ensuring high strength load-bearing capacity, and is equipped with cast steel wheels for stable engagement with the rails and long-term durability. Operators can easily control the cart’s start, stop, speed adjustment, and movement via a wireless remote control from a safe distance, fully eliminating manual labor.

In actual operation, the operator uses the remote control to call the rail transfer cart at the loading and unloading point, smoothly loading large workpieces onto its platform.
The cart then travels automatically or via remote control along the preset rail to the target workstation. During transit, the power display monitors energy status in real time, facilitating planned charging and ensuring continuous equipment availability. The entire process is seamless, requiring no waiting and remaining unaffected by other operations.
