Customized Motorized Rail Transfer Cart for Heavy Load Handling
Production Challenge
The large truck cleaning workshop needed to accurately position carts to be cleaned at the washing station. Ordinary pallet trucks could not meet the requirements for heavy duty load capacity and waterproofing, while manual pushing and pulling posed safety risks and efficiency problems.

Solution
Based on the customer's actual operational needs, we designed and manufactured this heavy duty mobile cable powered rail transfer cart. The cart body adopts a box-girder frame and customized platform structure, paired with cast steel wheels and an energy supply system powered by cables, enabling unlimited operation time. Customized ramps and 20cm stopper blocks on the platform solve the challenge of autonomous loading and unloading of large equipment. Waterproof and high temperature resistant features make it suitable for the humid, high temperature environment of the cleaning workshop.

Application
In equipment transfer scenarios, this cart achieves 24/7 continuous operation through mobile cable power supply. In the cleaning workshop, the transfer cart functions as a waterproof carrier platform, transporting fully loaded trucks into the enclosed cleaning area. The stopper blocks on the platform prevent cart slippage. After cleaning, it automatically transfers the trucks to the drying area, forming a continuous operational loop.
This solution not only addresses the challenges of heavy duty equipment,such as difficult loading and unloading, slow movement, and environmental limitations,but also enables seamless production process integration. It helps enterprises achieve both environmental and cost reduction goals, supporting the heavy industry sector in attaining efficient transportation.
