60 Tons Box Beam Frame Ladle Transfer Cart
Production Challenges
In traditional high temperature smelting workshops, ladle transfer has always been a major pain point. The high ambient temperature within the workshop makes the steel structure and electrical components of ordinary ladle handing equipment susceptible to heat radiation damage. Furthermore, the workshop routes include complex switches and curves, making traditional handling equipment prone to rail jamming, posing significant safety hazards and maintenance costs.

Solution
Based on the client's needs, we customized this 60 tons low voltage rail mounted ladle transfer cart. The core of the cart body utilizes a high-strength box-girder frame, and the customized platform is specially equipped with high-performance heat insulation material to block radiant heat from the ladle.
The ladle transfer cart uses a low voltage rail power supply system, with voltage controlled within a safe range for human contact and no operating distance limitations. Simultaneously, the cart's steering mechanism has been optimized, enabling it to smoothly navigate complex curves and switches.

Applications
In actual ladle transfer operations, this rail ladle transfer cart, in conjunction with lifting equipment, can accomplish the task of transporting heavy load ladles. Wireless remote control reduces the distance between operators and the actual transfer space.
Furthermore, the low voltage rail power supply gives it the absolute advantage of no time limit for use, and combined with wear-resistant and durable wheels, it enables 24-hour uninterrupted high-intensity operation.
In terms of safety, the cart body's built-in emergency stop button and audible and visual warning lights form a multi-dimensional safety net, and operation is extremely convenient, allowing workers to use it immediately.
