75 Tons Rail Transfer Cart for Heavy Duty Mold Handling

A large automotive mold manufacturing workshop has long faced difficulties in transferring large molds (single pieces weighing 40–70 tons) between production lines. Traditional handling methods rely on a combination of overhead cranes and flatbed transporters, which not only occupy valuable aerial lifting resources and involve time-consuming coordination but also suffer from inefficient ground transfer routes and potential safety hazards.

Solution
Based on the customer’s actual usage needs and facility layout, we designed and manufactured a 75 tons heavy duty rail transfer cart for them. The product offers flexible power supply options that can be freely combined according to operational requirements, enabling unlimited endurance operation within the workshop’s full rail network. This directly simplifies heavy load transportation from the complex mode of "aerial lifting and ground coordination" to a streamlined "ground rail direct delivery" linear workflow, reducing operational difficulty.
Heavy Duty Custom Design: The cart adopts a high strength box-beam frame and a custom inverted-triangle support platform, ensuring stable bearing and even load distribution for ultra-heavy molds.

Application
Operators can easily activate the transfer cart via wireless remote control to accurately transport giant molds from machining stations to assembly lines or storage areas.
The inverted-triangle support platform perfectly matches the bottom structure of the molds, preventing displacement; the audible and visual warning system automatically alerts during movement to ensure area safety; the battery level display provides clear energy management, and combined with workshop charging points, enables uninterrupted cyclic operation.
The transfer cart resolves the workshop’s heavy load transportation and operational constraints, while its flexible customized platform thoroughly eliminates loading difficulties. It frees up crane resources, optimizes production cycle times, and transforms heavy material flow into a safe, precise, and efficient standardized process.
