Building Materials Factory Spray Painting Line Mold Rail Guided Vehicle
Production Challenges
A building materials factory's spray painting production line faced problems such as heavy molds, harsh spraying environment, and insufficient precision in handling.

Solution
After understanding the customer's actual needs, we customized this longitudinal and lateral moving track-based RGV. Through a hydraulic device and a dual-wheel system, track switching is achieved, solving the problem of section transitions.
Furthermore, the RGV uses cast steel as its base material, possessing high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and durability, ensuring that the molds can be accurately aligned with the target spraying station.

Advantages
Environmentally Friendly and Durable: The RGV is battery powered, completely eliminating distance limitations and freeing users from the constraints and maintenance costs of traditional cables, achieving zero emissions and environmentally friendly operation.
The RGV is equipped with an innovative wireless remote control and intelligent coding control system, enabling convenient operation while ensuring precise (millimeter-level) docking at workstations, increasing the distance between operators and the spraying area, and ensuring personnel safety.

Applications
During the production process, this RGV, in conjunction with hoisting equipment, can easily transport large molds. Combined with the production line, multiple tracks are set on the ground to facilitate easy docking of different molds, greatly reducing the difficulty of handling and ensuring the continuity and stability of the spraying process.
