Based on the client's transfer needs, Newld customized two sets of 0.45 tons cable powered trackless Automated Guided Vehicles(AGV).

• Structure and Dimensions: Utilizing a box-girder frame, the overall dimensions are precisely crafted to 2800×800×280 mm, making it compact and perfectly integrated into narrow aisles.
• Drive and Control: Equipped with a steering wheel system and PLC intelligent control, coupled with cable reel power supply, it completely eliminates concerns about operating distance and range.
• Dedicated Interface Design: Customized platform with pre-reserved professional interfaces allows for direct installation of client-specific equipment, achieving millimeter-level automated forward and backward movement.
• Comprehensive Safety Protection: Integrated with a laser sensor, emergency stop button, LED display, and audible and visual warning lights, supporting both wireless remote control and wired handle control.

After the vehicles are equipped with customer equipment, they move back and forth along a designated route under precise commands from the PLC system, seamlessly connecting with upstream and downstream production lines.
