Solution
Based on the client's specific needs, Newld customized this 100 tonne battery powered transfer trolley. The trolley features a box-girder frame with a flat platform on top, customizable to fit the actual material dimensions.
Powered by batteries and driven by dual motors, it can transfer heavy materials along a predetermined track and is recharged via a portable charger. The control unit integrates wireless remote control and a wired handle, and comes standard with audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button, completely eliminating the distance constraints of power cables.

Applications
The battery powered transfer trolley is mainly used for short-distance and cross-workstation transfer of large electromechanical equipment, mechanical parts, and production materials within the production workshop.
After placing the materials to be transported on a flat surface, workers control the transport vehicle to start, move, and stop via wireless remote control or wired handle. Combined with audible and visual warnings and emergency stop devices, it enhances on-site operational safety.
