Production Challenges
Within large scale building material storage centers, safely and efficiently transferring bulky components such as precast beams and steel structures from open-air yards to loading zones hundreds of meters away presents a formidable challenge. Mitigating issues including exhaust fumes, insufficient turning radii, and incompatible load-bearing surfaces are critical concerns requiring urgent resolution.

Solution
Tailored to the factory environment and specific handling scenarios, we developed this 30 tons battery powered customized rail transfer cart measuring 4500 x 2200 x 400mm.

Structure
The transfer cart with box-girder fame and custom recessed platform are pivotal for achieving heavy duty capacity and adaptability. The robust box-girder construction ensures absolute stability and no deformation even under the 30 tons maximum load. The centrally positioned, recessed platform (approximately 1800mm in diameter) securely ‘clamps’ cylindrical or irregularly shaped building materials, preventing rolling or slippage during long distance transport. This fundamentally enhances safety and reliability.

Operation
The transfer cart features wireless remote control for long range operation. Dual motor drive and three pairs of cast steel wheels deliver robust yet smooth power, enabling heavy load starts even in high temperature environments. Audible and visual warning lights combined with an emergency stop button provide dual active safety safeguards, while the battery level display ensures clear energy management, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.
