Battery Powered Rail Transfer Cart Enhances Coal Yard Efficiency and Safety
A large scale coal yard has long faced challenges in heavy duty transportation: traditional internal combustion handling equipment exhibits high emissions and excessive noise in coal dust environments, and is limited by fuel supply, unable to achieve long distance continuous operation.
Additionally, when operating in high temperature coal pile areas, the equipment is prone to failures, while the transportation of tools and spare parts during maintenance of large screening equipment is difficult. Manual handling is inefficient and poses safety risks.

Solution
Based on the customer’s actual usage needs and application environment, we designed and manufactured this 10 tons battery powered rail transfer cart. It features a box-girder frame with a central hollow platform, equipped with special components such as cast steel wheels and wireless remote control. The cart operates completely free of cable restraints and is suitable for various heavy duty transportation and mobile maintenance scenarios in coal yards.
