Industrial 10 Tons AGV with Lifting Device for material Handling

Production Challenge
A large scale heavy equipment manufacturing workshop has long faced a core bottleneck.The cross-station transportation of large workpieces and heavy molds (individual weights often reaching 5-10 tons) heavily relies on overhead cranes and fixed-track transfer carts. This is not only constrained by the operating radius and busy scheduling of the cranes but also, due to the limitations of fixed tracks, leads to rigid logistics routes that cannot flexibly adapt to the flexible production rhythm of multi-variety, small-batch orders.

Solution
Considering the customer's actual needs and production environment, we designed and manufactured this 10 tons lithium battery powered hydraulic lifting trackless AGV for them.
It requires no installation of any fixed tracks. Through an advanced intelligent coding control system, operating paths can be freely planned and adjusted according to production demands, seamlessly integrating into the existing workshop layout.
The AGV utilizes rubber wheels and a simulated steering wheel structure to break free from track constraints, enabling movement along any desired path within the workshop. The hydraulic lifting platform (stroke 0-200mm) allows for autonomous loading and unloading of workpieces.

Intelligence and Ease of Use: The vehicle is electrically driven, producing zero pollution during operation. It is equipped with a display screen that shows real-time information such as battery level and status, providing intuitive human-machine interaction. This significantly reduces operator workload and training costs.

Application
In actual production, the AGV, following system commands or remote control operation, autonomously travels to the machining area. It precisely aligns with and lifts the heavy workpiece using its hydraulic lifting platform, then proceeds along the planned path, steadily traversing high temperature heat treatment zones, and finally delivers the workpiece safely to the assembly station.
The entire process requires no manual intervention with cranes or pushing heavy transfer carts. It features full-course audible and visual alarms and automatically stops upon encountering obstacles, ensuring safety and efficiency.
