Lifting Eletcirc Rail Guided Vehicle Solves Container Transfer Limits
Production Challenge
In the workshop of a heavy machinery enterprise, the transfer of large containers had long relied on a combination of forklifts and tow trucks. Constrained by cable length and rail power supply distance, the transfer range was locked within a fixed area. Frequent vehicle dispatching led to low efficiency, while loading and unloading required additional lifting equipment, resulting in persistently high labor costs.

Solution
Based on the customer's operational needs and actual application scenarios, we designed and manufactured this 15 tons lithium battery powered electric rail guided vehicle. It features a box-beam frame with cast steel wheels, integrated with an intelligent control system and a hydraulic lifting platform. The rail guided vehicle supports dual-mode operation via wireless remote control and a wired handheld controller. A portable charger and an onboard battery level display are also provided, enabling fully automated transfer and selfsufficient loading and unloading throughout the entire process.
Advantages
The electric rail guided vehicle adopts a boxgirder frame and a flat deck surface, combined with wear resistant cast steel wheels, ensuring a robust structure and outstanding load capacity. The pure lithium battery drive is environmentally friendly with zero exhaust emissions. Fully intelligent operation significantly reduces handling time and markedly improves transfer efficiency. Key advantages include unrestricted travel distance, heavy duty stability, easy operation, and reliable safety.

Application
Customized rails are laid out according to the production line layout in the workshop. The electric rail guided vehicle travels along the rails and makes precision stops at container loading and unloading points. The hydraulic lifting platform automatically raises and lowers for precise docking, requiring no manual assistance.
