Application Environment and Requirements Analysis
Military-grade outdoor transport requires equipment with extremely high structural stability and sealing capabilities, and it must achieve centimeter-level seamless docking with the container equipment.
Customized Design Implementation
- Structure and Power: Based on the dimensions of the workpieces to be transported, the overall AGV dimensions are set at 3000x2000x700mm. It uses a cast steel frame combined with four-wheel drive rubber wheels,and has a load capacity of up to 1 ton.
- Sealed Platform and Precise Positioning: The platform is designed as a fully sealed cabin structure, effectively protecting the high precision container instruments inside from external environmental influences. Employing a mature and reliable magnetic strip navigation method, precise movement along the set path is ensured.
- Self-stabilizing docking mechanism: A screw-lifting support system is specially installed at each of the four corners of the AGV. When the vehicle reaches the designated docking position, the four corner screws rise and secure it, eliminating slight swaying caused by tire elasticity and ensuring absolute stability during the docking process.
