When transferring large workpieces, materials, and molds in the production workshop, ordinary handling equipment is easily limited by load-bearing capacity, operating routes, and power supply methods.

This places higher demands on cart frame strength, operational stability, and continuous power supply capabilities. Furthermore, the varying sizes and shapes of different workpieces make it difficult for a single platform structure to accommodate the handling needs of coils and other materials.

Solution

Based on the client's specific needs, Newld customized this 60 tons cable drum powered rail mounted electric transfer cart. The cart features a box-girder frame with cast steel wheels to meet heavy-duty operation requirements.

• The power supply system is equipped with cable, cable drum, cable leads, and cable guides, enabling all-day operation. The cable leads and cable guides ensure easy cable deployment and retraction, providing continuous power for extended periods of continuous operation.
• A detachable V-frame is added to the cart's platform, allowing for quick adjustments based on transport tasks and flexible transfer of coils and other materials. Wireless remote control and wired handle control facilitate on-site operation, while an emergency stop button, audible and visual warning lights, and shock absorption further enhance operational safety and stability.

Applications

This rail mounted electric transfer cart is primarily used for the transfer of heavy materials such as workpieces, raw materials, large molds, and coils within production workshops.
The V-frame can be replaced or disassembled depending on the type of material being transported. The Mobile Drum power supply reduces the limitation of cart operating distances, making it suitable for long-distance, continuous material handling operations on fixed tracks.
